Personal Fitness Trainer

I am here to hopefully inspire each of you to get a little better each day in hopes that you can all live healthier lives and feel better in the process.

I’ve gone through my share of injuries, illnesses and surgeries in my life and have gained a wealth of knowledge and resources in the process. I believe that in order to become a healthier version of yourself we need to push the fear of failure aside and be comfortable with the uncomfortable. It isn’t easy to put your faith in someone you don’t know well but I will do as much as possible to put you in the best position to succeed even if it might not look that way.




How it all works

Before starting your fitness journey we will book a consultation over the phone where we will get an opportunity to talk about your needs, your goals, lifestyle habits. It at this point we get to figure out if we are a good fit to work together and what would be the right path to move forward. 

Before you can start training I will carry out a number of tests to establish your current state of health and fitness. You see how you need to train is different from how somebody else trains even if the goals are similar. Assessments will provide us with the information to set the benchmark for the rest of your experience.
From there it’s just simple but effective strength training methods you need to see results.

Online programming

Online personal training is perfect for busy professionals always on the go.If you have the motivation to get to the gym but just need that extra knowledge and experience from a professional personal trainer to upgrade your workouts, this program is perfect for you.

Hybrid programming

Hybrid coaching is a mix of 1 on 1 training and online coaching. We let Fitness adjust to your lifestyle by giving you the best of both worlds.

1 on 1 Training

​Learn proper exercise techniques while having customized programs designed. You will notice increases in strength, energy, and lean muscle tissue.
